Privacy

This is a static site. There's no account system, no login, and no tracking dashboard I built myself. Here's the honest list of everything that touches your information.

Effective September 6, 2026.

Who runs this

More Lessons Less Planning is one teacher's business, not a company. There's no office and I'm not listing a home address here. If you need to reach me about anything on this page, use the contact page or email morelessonslessplanning@gmail.com.

The email list

The only thing this site asks you for is an email address, and only if you want the new lessons as they go up. That signup is handled by Kit, an email service: when you submit the form, your address goes to Kit, not into any database of mine. I use it to send lessons and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works. If you never enter your address, nothing on this site collects it.

Your browser also stores one small flag after you sign up or skip, so the site stops asking on your next visit. It stays on your device and I never see it.

Ads

Running the lessons for free costs money, and ads are how that gets paid for. Ad slots on this site are served by a third-party ad network, which may use cookies or similar technology to choose what to show you. If you're somewhere with consent rules, you'll get a banner asking first, and declining is a real option that keeps working.

Tips

If you leave a tip, that happens entirely on Ko-fi's site. Your payment details go to Ko-fi and never to me. Their privacy policy covers that part.

Basic site analytics

Like most websites, this one may log basic, non-identifying traffic data (pages visited, general location by country, browser type) so I can see which lessons are getting used. That data isn't sold or shared.

If you're under 13

This site is built for teachers, not students, even though the lessons themselves are for a classroom. I don't knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13. If you're a student and you're reading this, the email signup isn't for you, so skip it.

How long I keep things

If you're on the email list, I keep your address until you unsubscribe, which you can do yourself anytime from any email I send. Analytics data stays aggregate: it tells me which pages got visited, not who visited them, so there's no per-person record to delete on my end.

Who else is involved

A few outside services touch parts of this site:

Each of those runs under its own privacy policy for the part it handles.

Your rights

You can unsubscribe from the email list anytime, no reason needed. You can also email me to ask what I have on file for you or to have it deleted. Since the only thing I collect directly is an email address, that's usually a quick answer.

The Toolkit Builder app

This page covers the website. The Google app and Pinterest integration that help me build and share these lessons have their own policy, which lives on the app privacy page.
